Daytona strikes a deal for affordable housing

The City of Daytona Beach is working with Framework Group LLC to address affordable housing.

The City Commission approved a grant agreement Nov. 2 that paves the way for Framework to build apartments at 544 Orange Ave. in midtown under the project name of Paradigm Daytona. The property is between Division and Marion streets. The property formerly housed the city's Public Works storage yard.

Not only did the two sides come to an agreement, but they also agreed to a trade. Read more.

City officials and developers break ground for 280 new luxury Cocoa apartments

In a lot where a defunct Winn Dixie sat vacant and unused for over a decade, Cocoa city leaders and developers broke ground on what will be a brand new luxury apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.

The $60 million Cirrus apartment project will include 280 units in two four-story buildings. It will be located on a 13.4-acre site at the northwest corner of State Road 524 and East Industry Road.. Read More.

Sale Closes on Arcos, a Luxury Apartment Development in Sarasota, FL by Framework Group, LLC and Forge Capital Partners.

Framework Group, LLC, a Tampa-based multi-family development, construction, and consulting firm announced today the closing of the $80 million sale of Arcos, a 228-unit luxury apartment community in Sarasota, FL. The project was developed in partnership with Forge Capital Partners, a diversified real estate investment firm also based in Tampa.

Walker & Dunlop marketed Arcos on behalf of Framework Group and Forge Capital Partners and procured the buyer, Snell Properties, of Arlington, VA. Read More

Platform Art Working With Builders to Add Public Art

A sculpture perched outside a new midtown apartment building is the first fruit of an effort by Platform Art to work with developers to increase public art in Lakeland.
